Placing Your Order

You may place an order on-line, by phone or fax. The order will be confirmed by return e-mail, post or fax. The price shown for the goods does not include delivery charge.

Paying

For UK delivery add £1.50 to the total cost of the goods to cover Postage and Packing. Orders over £50.00 - delivery is free of charge. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card securely on-line (Postage added automatically) or Cheques should be made payable to ’Faymus Productions’ with cheque guarantee number and expiry date on the reverse.

Delivery

For orders paid by cheque allow 14 days for delivery.  On line credit/debit card orders will be despatched within 5 working days.  Goods will be despatched by Royal Mail – First Class Recorded Delivery.

Note

Notification of out of stock items will be made within 24 hrs. In the event of goods arriving damaged or there being a short fall in the order please inform us immediately.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days of your order. Please notify us within 7 days in writing and further instructions for their return will be given.  All cancelled orders must be returned unopened.
