Placing Your Order
You may place an order on-line, by phone or fax. The order will be confirmed by return e-mail, post or fax. The price shown for the goods includes delivery charge.
Paying
Payment is accepted by credit/debit card securely on-line.
Delivery
On line credit/debit card orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail – First Class Recorded Delivery.
Note
Notification of out of stock items will be made within 24 hrs. In the event of goods arriving damaged or there being a short fall in the order please inform us immediately.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days of your order. Please notify us within 7 days in writing and further instructions for their return will be given. All canceled orders must be returned unopened.
